Refund policy

<Returns>
We do not offer exchanges for any orders placed outside Japan.
We ask you to simply place a new order for the items you would like to receive. Please then return the original item(s) by post/courier for a refund. We recommend you send packages tracked or insured as ARIRO is not liable for any loss on returns and are unable to chase your packages. Items and customs documents must be marked as 'returned goods' .


Please check all your items as soon as you receive your order. If you are unhappy with anything you receive, please contact us with a clear photo of the item, your name and order number as well as a clear description of the issue. If you remove the product tag or wash the product once, it will not be eligible for return. We can only accept returns in the same condition as when the item was delivered.

・Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

・We do not accept returns except for our mistake (wrong item, defective items, etc.).

・We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as the image is different than you thought from the one in the photo. ※The image of the photos and the model wearing the product may differ depending on the monitor you are using.

・If we are unable to exchange the item due to a shortage of the stocks, we will process a refund.

・We will not be able to cancel orders or accept returns or exchanges for SALE items. 

We will send you a confirmation email once we’ve refunded you. Any refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method
